This groups main function is to provide competition and development packages to cater for the various pathways for the different levels of swimming, which will broaden the scope and improve the standards of swimming in Auckland. For further information refer to page 10 of the Constitution.

4 members are elected at the AGM and 4 are appointed. The term of of the group is 3 years.

Technical Group

The Technical Group is appointed to foster and educate technical officials to a high standard to assist our swimmers in obtaining their goals. The group ensures that the meets are run in conjunction with Fina, SNZ and ASA rules and encourages volunteers from the various swimming clubs to become technical officials.

Technology Group

Responsible for the efficient and effective running of the AOD Room at Championship and interclub events and to ensure that the scoreboard and electronic timing equipment is fully functional at all times.
