Notice of 2026 AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 119th Annual General Meeting of the Auckland Swimming Association will be held:

The Henderson Bowling Club, Alderman Drive, Henderson (an online link will be provided for clubs based in Northland)

On:

Thursday, 20 August, 2026 – Commencing at 7.30pm

For your club to be entitled to fully participate:

1. Club voting representative name to be forwarded to the General Manager by Thursday 6 August 2026 (email: claudia@swimmingauckland.org)

2. Club Affiliation fees have been paid in full, Club AGM has been completed and club's annual report presented at least 2 weeks prior to the ASA AGM as per section 7.5 of the Constitution.

Items now called for:

General Business (as per section 10.3 of the ASA Constitution)

10.3 An item of business must be considered at an AGM if notified to ASA by the Board or by not less than one third of Member Clubs within seven days of notice of an AGM being given.
