Notice of Swimming Auckland-Northland Special General Meeting (SGM)
Formal Notice of Meeting for an SGM to be held on Wednesday 23 July 2025 to adopt the new Auckland Swimming Association Incorporated Constitution
In accordance with clause 10.4.a of the Auckland Swimming Association IncorporatedConstitution, the Board hereby gives notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be heldonline on Wednesday 23 July from 6.30pm.
The purpose of the SGM will be as follows:
1. Agreetore-registerwiththeIncorporatedSocieties.
2. AdoptthenewAucklandSwimmingAssociationIncorporatedConstitution.
A complete agenda for the SGM, along with the video meeting link and the proposedconstitution will be distributed to clubs, and will be available to all members via the AucklandSwimming Association Incorporated (Swimming Auckland-Northland) website at least 14days prior to the SGM date.
The SGM is open to all current members of the Auckland Swimming AssociationIncorporated (Swimming Auckland-Northland).
